52 Bands in 52 Weeks is a Bay Area music blog that started as a way of letting people know what Northern California bands we enjoy. We figured that if there was solid coverage about up-and-coming local bands that haven't been signed yet, that maybe our reviews would get these great bands some more exposure. It's all about spreading our love of music because we love to use social media outreach to show the world that "music = life" for us!

We hope that by helping bands we love get press, that we can become a place for people to discover new music and hopefully spread the word about what we are doing so that this idea "takes off!"  We hope you enjoy our blog!

Robin Miller graduated May 2010 from San Jose State with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a focus in Business. Born in San Francisco, this hippy at heart enjoys traveling, attending festivals and concerts, going to Giants games, planning events and all things social media.
